Wedding photography is a specialty that takes many years to master, and then a truly dedicated photographer will continue to learn new techniques or become too stale and boring for the modern bride.

Owner and photographer Doug Austin has been learning to photograph weddings since 1980, and is still actively picking up new ideas. Lately, Black and White has become popular again, sometimes for photojournalistic style coverage of wedding day events, other times for romantic images of the bride and groom together, and sometimes for Hollywood style, elegant portraits. We offer all three styles as part of our normal high quality coverage.

At Austin's, we believe in "packaging" our wedding coverage in order to give our clients a clear idea of their investment in advance. All packages include a high quality hyper- modern "magazine style" finished album, with all pages individually designed for maximum impact.

Full digital retouching and other image enhancements are included as well in order to ensure the highest quality finished product.

All of our wedding packages also include a STUDIO ENGAGEMENT SESSION as well as a classic BRIDAL PORTRAIT SESSION. The first is to properly prepare you for wedding day photographs, and second is to provide a dress rehearsal opportunity for hair, makeup and dress, as well as to give you the best possible images of the bride for the finished album.

Prices start at $2000 for a three hour coverage on off-peak dates, with the average package running $3000 for a six hour coverage with a finished album.
